Your Username is your last name, all in lower-case letters, with all punctuation (all dashes, apostrophes, etc) removed. For example,

Your Password is the last four digits of your bar number followed by this year's Secret Word. For example,
Note that if your bar number has less than four digits (ie, your bar number is 42) it is left-padded with zeroes, ie, your password is 0042word.
