When embattled parties come to mediation, they are often awash in emotions and impulses that make for difficult interactions. IFS also offers mediators, lawyers, and other professionals clear, practical ways to work with their own emotions. This interactive program will include case examples, an experiential exercise, and opportunities for small group discussion.]
