The Ohio Department of Education, Office for Exceptional Children is looking for mediators and facilitators to work with families and districts. We are looking for mediators who can work in-person as well as those who can conduct virtual mediations and facilitations. Please forward this information to anyone you believe may be interested. If you have a listserv of alternative dispute resolution providers, I would ask that you forward this on to them. Thank you!

The request for proposals (RFP) posting is live. All applicants must be submitted by May 2, 2022 at 1:00AM. To play it safe, please plan to submit by May 1, 2022.

AAM PROVIDES INSURANCE POLICY WITH INCREASED LIMITS

GOOD NEWS, AAM MEMBERS: The board voted and approved to increase the AAM Insurance Policy limits for the 2014 coverage year. The coverage for 2014 will be $500,000/$2,000,000 aggregate with a $500 deductible per claim - raised from $250,000/$2,000,000. Your new coverage letter will be attached with your membership renewal confirmation and will also be posted on the Members Area of the website.
