Resolution Adopting Rules of Mediation

On October 18, 2012, the Bexar County Civil District Judges adopted new rules dealing with mediations. The rules are effective immediately and apply to all mediations whether court ordered or by agreement. A copy of the new rules is available here: Resolution Adopting Rules of Mediation.pdf
