My firm, Mediators and Arbitrators of America, provides a full range of dispute resolution services, including mediations and arbitrations, mediation training and consulting. We are a diverse group! My personal background ranges from the streets of Brooklyn to the halls of the Pushkin Institute in Moscow; from Yale Law School to CEO of several large companies; from founder of a non-profit animal rescue organization to Board Member of various charities; and, author to television news commentator. My unique background and lack of conflict of interests with the Texas Bar makes me an attractive neutral. I graduated from the Yale Law School and have taught classes at Yale, Smith College and as a professor at the Pepperdine School of Law: subject areas included torts, business, government, ethics, property, agency/partnership, international relations and alternative dispute resolution. I have published articles in prestigious journals including The Business Lawyer, Whittier Law Review and the Pacific Law Journal, among others. Throughout thirty years as a professional, I have mediated civil, employment, wrongful termination, commercial, intellectual property, professional liability, personal injury and product liability cases.
