Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent Rating, 1997 - 2022

Before becoming a full time mediator, I was a litigator for 33 years. As a partner in LeBoeuf, Lamb Greene & McRae and in Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal (now Dentons), I handled a wide variety of complex civil matters in trial and appellate courts including employment and discrimination claims, real estate and business disputes as well as insurance coverage and bad faith lawsuits. Several of these cases were resolved through mediation.

Each resolution must be tailored to the facts and dynamics of the specific case.
My goals in mediation are the same as yours: a fair proceeding and a satisfactory outcome. I work closely with all parties to achieve a constructive negotiation. I listen intently, communicate clearly, and bring patience, perseverance and neutrality to a case. All participants will be fully heard, and all positions considered. I absorb information quickly and know when to probe, and when to streamline the process.
