+ Robust practice experience of over 40 years, include general counsel role at oil and gas offshore and onshore service companies, decades of representation of insurance carriers in first and third party insurance cases, representation of both sides in complex commercial and catastrophic personal injury matters; multiple lead and liaison counsel appointments in class action and mass tort matter, both sides.
+ Over 150 trials, mostly jury trials in state and federal systems.
