He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in the areas of personal injury, oil and gas, real estate, construction, and general business. He is licensed to practice before all the courts of the state of Texas as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. Alan’s extensive background in litigation provides him the experience to assist parties in resolving their disputes before or during litigation.
