This webinar will utilize the AAM Ethical Guidelines as a source of ethical guidelines. Pre-read materials including a copy of the AAM Ethical Guidelines will be sent to all registrants ahead of time via email. The AAM Ethical Guidelines can also be found on our website here.

The AAM Office is in the process of completing applications for MCLE credit in various states. Please indicate your MCLE credit requests on your registration form and/or email the AAM Office with any MCLE questions (aam@attorney-mediators.org). If your state is not listed below, please contact the AAM Office to submit an application for MCLE Board review. The website will be updated with MCLE information as it is received.

Technical Details:
In order to access the webinar, you will need to download the Zoom application on your computer or device.
Please be sure and update your previously installed Zoom application prior to February 1, 2024 to ensure that you are able to join the seminar on time and without any technical difficulties.
Handouts/Materials:
We are in the process of developing a PDF packet of materials that will be available to all attendees and sent via email prior to the event. Please keep an eye out for an email in your inbox from the AAM Office.
If you do not receive an email by January 31st with the handout packet, please be sure and check your spam folder/junk mail. In the past, some of the event emails sent from the AAM Office have been held in recipient's spam folders and have not made it into the recipient's inbox. Please email the AAM Office if you do not receive the email communication about the event. Thank you!
You will receive a confirmation email upon completing registration, and you will receive a secondary follow-up email during the week of January 29th with all pertinent information for log-in and handouts. The informational email will be resent the morning of February 1st to ensure the information is at the top of your inbox.
