The training begins midday on Friday, April 26, 2024 and ends midday on Saturday, April 27, 2024. Included on Saturday morning of the seminar is a highly requested optional marketing segment. There is an optional group outing to watch the Texas Rangers baseball game on Friday evening.
This is an in-person live CLE Seminar and many of the interactive sessions will not be recorded for post-event on-demand viewing. Please plan to join us in-person in Arlington, Texas to reconnect with colleagues and share together in two days of learning and networking. The total live seminar will be accredited for up to 6.25 hours of CLE credit in many states.
Registration Fees:
Super Early Registration $300 member / $425 non-member

Regular Registration $350 member / $475 non-member

Non-members may apply for membership within one year and apply $125 of the non-member registration fee toward their first year’s membership dues. Membership includes a group mediator/arbitrator professional liability insurance policy.
Attire is Business/Smart Casual. NO REFUND FOR CANCELLATIONS AFTER APRIL 10, 2024.
Host Hotel and Meeting Venue:
The meeting venue will be the brand new Loews Arlington Hotel located in Arlington Texas between two iconic sports venues. ( 888 Nolan Ryan Expressway, Arlington, Texas, 76011). Plan to stay for the weekend to enjoy all that this vibrant area has to offer, including a Texas Rangers game or visit to Texas Live! venue.
Group room block releases April 12th.
Note: Hotel requires a 48-hour cancellation for room refunds.
Optional Offerings:
You are invited to join us for a Welcome Reception and "Dinner with a Group" at Lockhart Smokehouse in Texas Live if you arrive on Thursday evening. Lockhart Smokehouse is located across the street from the Loews Arlington hotel. More details will be shared via email closer to the event date. Friday evening we will enjoy cocktails and hors d'orves together at the Lone Star ballroom at the hotel following the last session. Spouses/companions may pay to attend the cocktail reception - see the information on the registration form.
Optional Outing: We are working to coordinate a group outing to the Texas Rangers baseball game. Please see information on registration form to let us know you're interested. There will be an additional cost associated for game tickets/tour tickets. The baseball field is situated across the street from the Loews Arlington hotel.

In early June we plan to offer a shortened version of this seminar as a recorded on-demand viewing option for CLE credit in some states. Due to the interactive workshop structure of some of the sessions, not all will be recorded and offered on-demand. Please make an effort to attend in-person for the best experience and connecting with colleagues. Please note: watching the recordings may not result in CLE credit due to various states' guidelines on recorded viewing. AAM will make application for accreditation in states where possible.
