Join us this fall and get inspired as we explore a variety of skills-enhancing topics. This year’s program features top mediators from across the country who are excited to assist in bolstering your mediation toolbox. Throughout the day, we will explore topics and techniques that are extremely relevant during the ever-changing climate of today’s world. The final session of the day features an interactive panel discussion of noteworthy mediators speaking on one of the most requested topics: best practices for mediation closing techniques.

We hope you will join us online and walk away with new tools to use the next day in your practice!

Can't join us on 11/12/21? On-Demand recordings of most of the sessions will be available after the seminar (Please note the presentation by Damali Peterman will not be available for viewing after the live presentation on 11/12/21).  There will be a separate registration page to access the videos.  Stay tuned for more information after the 11/12/21 seminar ends.

Registration Fees

Early Bird Rate (Registrations before November 5th): AAM Member registration fee is $75 and Non-Member fee is $125

Regular Rate (Registrations on or after November 5th): AAM Member registration fee is $95 and Non-Member fee is $145

Please note that $50.00 of the non-member registration fee (the difference between member and non-member registration fees) can be applied toward AAM’s $275.00 annual membership dues if you decide to join within one year of the training.  Membership includes a group mediator/arbitrator professional liability insurance policy.

**Registration closes at 11:59pm CT on 11/11/2021.  No same-day registrations will be allowed.  This is a change from our past in-person conferences, so please register in advance!**

We plan to record the seminar for post-event on-demand recording access for all paid registrants.  A link to access the recordings will be emailed to all paid registrants once the videos are available for viewing 1-2 weeks after the seminar.  Please note that the session "The Four C’s to Managing Conflict in the Workplace Remotely" will not be available on-demand after the live presentation on 11/12/21.

Please be sure and update your previously installed Zoom application prior to November 12, 2021 to ensure that you are able to join the seminar on time and without any technical difficulties.


Handouts/Materials:

Handouts will be emailed to all attendees prior to the online seminar, along with the Zoom log in information.  You will receive a confirmation email upon completing registration, and you will receive a secondary follow-up email during the week of November 8, 2021 with all pertinent information for log-in and handouts.  The informational email will be resent the evening of Thursday, November 11, 2021 and early Friday morning before the start of the meeting to ensure the information is at the top of your inbox.  If you do not receive an email with the handouts and zoom log-in information please email Allison Ellis, Executive Director, at aam@attorney-mediators.org.

MCLE Information:

The AAM Office is applying for MCLE credit in various states.  MCLE approvals will be published on the website as they are received. CME credits will be applied for in the states that require CME. Check the status by clicking here

AAM will be pleased to facilitate obtaining MCLE credit in other states.  Please contact us as soon as possible (1-800-280-1368) or aam@attorney-mediators.org if you would like our assistance in this regard.


In order to comply with state CLE/CME requirements, attendance will be tracked based on webinar attendance timestamps and a record of attendance form. Interactivity methods such as polling, Q&A, verification codes and surveys will be implemented to ensure audience engagement and to comply with live online CLE/CME course requirements.  A Record of Attendance form must be completed by each attendee wishing to receive CLE/CME credit.  A link to the Record of Attendance form will be sent via email to each attendee.
